Cook II
As a Cook II you will be responsible for preparing and serving nutritious, appealing and appetizing meals as well as doing dishwashing duties.
Additional responsibilities of the Cook II include:
Washing, drying, and restocking dishes, and pots and pans.
Observing, measuring, and documenting nutritional care.
Using appropriate tools when preparing/serving food and recording temperatures of the food.
Sanitizing kitchen equipment.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Cook II
To qualify for the Cook II, you must have effective communication skills and be able to work with individuals of all ages.
Additional requirements of the Cook II include:
Ability to measure and comprehend certain quantities .
Prior work experience in quantity cooking and therapeutic diets or related experience in a similar type of facility is preferred.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Echo Ridge Senior Living Community of Rapid City is accepting applications for a full-time Cook II position. Must have 2 years of cooking experience, including some batch cooking. We offer a pleasant Christian environment along with a comprehensive benefit package. Shifts include every other weekend and rotating holidays. Wage depends on experience.
