Title: Service Coordinator

Reporting: Program Manager / NRC Programs Director / NRC President
General Position Summary:
Working with Program Manager, other NRC staff and Program Partners, determines needs and makes decisions around what to distribute. Process requests, IRLs, ensure allocations are accurately reflected in MAS and meets overall program objectives, guidelines and selection criteria for our partners.

Secondary Functions:
Ensure office calendar is current and up-to-date.
Contribute to keeping the office and warehouse neat and orderly.

Attend program partner
from time-to-time.
Work Conditions:
Hours Monday-Friday 7:00-4:00 (1 hr. lunch)
Overtime may be required when needed (including weekend when applicable)
Moderate Travel
Job Scope:
Deals with moderately complex situations
Acts independently within generally prescribed guidelines
External contact is via phone, email and in person, and includes Program Partners,
and Vendors.
Internal contact is face-to-face, via phone and email and includes all levels of employees
Makes recommendations and collaborative decisions with management
Continuous improvement in addressing current processes and procedures

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
