We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join team in Rapid City, SD.
The Customer Service Representative duties include the following:
maintaining and scheduling ingredients/procurement, supporting sales staff, customer relations via phone and email, receipt and entry of orders, transportation coordination (bulk and bags), and coordination with other plants in the Alltech corporation.
Qualified candidates will have experience providing customer support in an office environment.
The incumbent must have excellent customer service and communication skills along with solid computer skills in Microsoft Office.
Previous experience in an Ag related industry is beneficial.
