As an Installation & Service Technician, you'll be challenged to install and service security, burglar, and fire alarm systems.
You'll also be communicating directly with the contractors and customers to review plans, discuss options, troubleshoot, resolve any issues, and ultimately put a smile on their face.
INSTALLATION & SERVICE TECHNICIAN - DUTIES:
Work closely with Dispatch.
Handle security and fire alarm system service tickets and service clients with annual contracts.
Take the lead or assist on new project installation.
Continue to develop knowledge of product through paid product trainings and team mentoring.
Accompany Outside Salespeople with presales appointments (when needed).
THE MUST-HAVES:
Low voltage experience.
Clean driving record.
Availability for overnight travel up to 50% of the time.
Good ole positive can-do attitude.
Communication, listening, and comprehension skills.
Problem solving ability:
able to identify potential issues and find solutions.
Good near vision sight:
your eyes need to be able to clearly see details at close range.
Personal time management:
identifying and executing priorities in a timely manner.
BONUS POINTS:
NICET Certification.
Security and fire systems experience.
Project management experience.
Complimentary technical skills.
