Friendly and customer-service oriented Reliable and punctual with ability to prioritize effectively Able to multitask and thrive under pressure Able to walk and stand for long periods of time as well as work outside Able to drive both automatic and standard transmission vehicles Basic computer knowledge and technical literacy Customer service experience is preferred Qualifications Ability to provide quality customer service Willingness to take initiative and own results Ability to perform job responsibilities and meet deadlines easily Experienced at providing detailed follow ups Professional, well-groomed appearance Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Being proactive in your job responsibilities, career, business growth and daily development Avis is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
